Birthday: May 29, 1979
Occupation: Nuclear Engineering Technician Marital Status: Married From Chris: I can't believe I found this website. Looking through all the photos brings back so many good memories. It's too bad the camp I used to love has fallen on such hard times. I attended for 8 years from 1985-1992. Andrew Brown was one of my favorite counselors there. We still keep in touch to this day (although not nearly as well as we should). |

Occupation: Student
Website: myspace.com/aimeesback Marital Status: Single From Aimee: Im so excited for this website. I went to camp for 4 years 89-93 I believe. maybe even 6 years. My mom was the camp nurse. The summers at camp were th best of my life. I was just in ashville and i waned to bad to go by and see what was up with the space. However, I assumed it was still in use as a camp and I did not want to intrude. However, I will go to any reunion. I would even go back as a couselor if it opens back up. I lived in florida until about 5 months ago and now I am in school at NCSU in raleigh. |

Occupation: abbey cook
Website: www.boolily.net Marital Status: Single From Jana: What a flood of memories when I got this link from my friend LeeAnn! Camp M was such a big part of my life for 7 years, I think. Friends today can tell you my stories because I'm always telling one or another - especially nature hikes when I led the kids off trail after giving a big lecture about not going off the trail. Everyone got stung by wasps and I had to buy all the kids an ice cream from the store. Or early days when we used to get lemonade and cookies from locals as we hiked by on 3-day hikes. Or finding wild garlic with the nature dude, Gene, and cooking up a storm. A few years ago I looked into buying the camp property for a retreat center but didn't get it together. It's still got a real place in my heart. I hope I can attend a reunion, though I live in Scotland now and plan on returning to Australia for at least part of next year. Looking forward to hearing from camp friends! |

Occupation: Seargant, Iowa State Patrol Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Richard: I was a Counselor a Camp Mishemokwa during the summer of 1983. I taught martial arts and it was by far one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I appreciate Dr. Smith giving me the opportunity. I would love for my children to have a similar experience. I remember many of my fellow counselors very fondly (Judy Barrow from GA, Greg Knuckles from UT, & Matthew Batsstone from UK). |
